The service of fitting a dress to the shape of customers of SHOP DRESS stores

SHOP DRESS stores offer a service for fitting a dress to the figure at discounted prices. The service is provided by mutual agreement with the SHOP DRESS store in the Studio "Dolina Mod", located in the New city on Leninsky Komsomol Ave., 41.

New products are accepted in their pure form (with factory labels and tags).

The service at a discounted price for a dress purchased in the SHOP DRESS chain, including the online store, is provided only if the following conditions are met:

• availability of a receipt confirming the purchase of the product (product) in the SHOP DRESS chain of stores (K. Marx street, 13 A in the shopping center "city"; Ulyanovsk Ave., 28; online store www.shopdress.ru);
• request for the corresponding Service within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase of such product (product). The service is provided at the personal request of the client, who makes the product adjustment.

The decision on the POSSIBILITY of providing services for fitting a particular dress to the figure remains solely with the corresponding master-employee of the "Dolina Mod" Studio (hereinafter-the "Master") for fitting clothes to the figure, who makes all the necessary measurements, hairpins and sets the terms for providing Services.

Dresses purchased on sale at the Atelier will not be accepted.

Dress of good quality, store bought SHOP DRESS, including online store and(or) provided the Master with the consent of the client of buyer for the provision of fitting of garments on the figure, after the Service is provided, exchanged or refundable, in accordance with article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 "On consumer protection". Delivery of the finished product in the Studio "Dolina Mod" is made upon presentation of the original form of strict reporting issued when placing an order for the provision of Services.

In case of loss of the strict reporting form issued when placing an order for the provision of Services, the product is issued on the basis of a written application of the client upon presentation of their passport and/or other identity document. The warranty period for Services is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the finished product to the customer. All claims from the client to the quality Of services rendered are considered strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 "on consumer protection".
